Shipping:
- All items in stock are shipped within 10 days.
- NOTE: Delivery time of CUSTOM ORDERS depends on the scope
of the project.
- Wendy does all the work herself, and presently there is a
moderate backlog, so please be patient.
- If you have a deadline for an event for which you need
an item, please write to Wendy and we will let you know if
we can meet the deadline. Such items can be sent by Federal
Express Overnight, or Second Day delivery,
or by United States Postal Service Express or Priority delivery.
Returns:
- Once an item is received, there is a 48 hour time period
to contact Wendy Gell if there is a problem with the item[s].
After this time frame, the item is considered sold.
